Lindblad takes 60% of White Desert and Echo Charlie, raising 2026 guidance
Lindblad paid about $61M in cash for a majority stake in White Desert, which runs luxury Antarctic camps and flights, and in aviation firm Echo Charlie. The deal dates to Sept 15. Today's source is a stock recap, but the structural change matters.
Lindblad also raised 2026 guidance to $850-880M in tour revenue and $140-148M in adjusted EBITDA. The stock sits near its 52-week high.
Advisors should expect Lindblad-branded fly-in and camp packages. These would compete with ship-based programs and could affect polar availability and pricing. Confirm product details with Lindblad before pitching them.
