Trafalgar adds 70+ 2027 trips and its first Saver Small Groups
Trafalgar has opened more than 70 new 2027 itineraries for sale. They include 11 first-ever Saver Small Group trips capped at 18 guests, so advisors can now offer capped-group touring at every price tier. New options outside Europe include Cambodia, Kenya/Tanzania, Japan, Mexico, a Yellowstone winter trip and Finland, which gives advisors fresh product for Black Friday booking pushes.
The larger signal is structural. Trafalgar is moving to Saver, Classic and Premium tiers, with Costsaver as Saver, Insight as Premium and the river product as Premium. The restructure launches in early 2027 as TTC merges Costsaver and Insight into Trafalgar. Advisors should expect changes in how these products are positioned and booked. Details are on the agents.ttc.com portal, and it is worth checking there before quoting 2027 inventory.
Globus names Karen Cameron UK & Ireland Sales Director
The Globus family of brands, which includes Cosmos, Globus Journeys and Avalon Waterways, has appointed Karen Cameron as UK & Ireland Sales Director. She succeeds Phil Shipman and starts Nov 2. Cameron comes from Ambassador, where she was Deputy Head of Trade.
She will own agent relationships, training, FAMs and roadshows, which suggests the group is prioritizing trade growth into 2027. The impact on North American advisors is limited. It matters mainly for advisors and partners with UK and Ireland trade ties.
