Escorted operators sharpen their lineups: Trafalgar's tiers, Globus's Unpack tours and a new USTOA member

Trafalgar's 'New Era' portfolio is now fully searchable and bookable in TTC's TAP advisor portal. The 2027 lineup spans saver, classic and premium tiers, with Insight Vacations and Costsaver listed as operating teams.

The detail that matters is timing. For departures through March 31, 2027, advisors must still book Insight or Costsaver. Trafalgar's new saver and premium trips only operate from April 1, 2027.

The Globus family has launched a collection of Unpack and Explore tours under the Globus and Cosmos brands, covering Europe and North America. The itineraries are built around fewer hotel changes, built-in free time and regional immersion.

For advisors, this is a ready pitch for clients who want guided touring with more flexibility and less packing and unpacking. It also gives you a way to match clients to a specific region rather than a broad multi-country circuit.

The announcement carries little hard commercial detail, so check pricing, departure dates and commission terms with the operator before you present these tours.

Kensington Tours, a Toronto-based custom operator, has joined the United States Tour Operators Association as an Active Member. Its addition brings USTOA to 55 Active Members representing 147 brands.

USTOA membership carries the $1M Travelers Assistance Program protection, which advisors often cite when vetting custom and luxury operators. For advisors, it gives you another vetted FIT option and a concrete point to raise with clients who ask about financial protection.
