Exclusive-use luxury and all-inclusive resets reshape what advisors can sell

Aman and Remote Lands open 2028 jet expeditions, while ANI Shoal Bay brings a 15-suite buyout to Anguilla. Meanwhile Hilton's Riviera Maya conversions and Silversands' age cap force rebooking of live family reservations.

Aman and Remote Lands open 2028 private-jet expeditions

Aman's ACJ319 program with Remote Lands is now bookable for 2028. The shorter 15- and 17-night itineraries start at $164,888 and $198,888 per person, double occupancy. For advisors with UHNW clients, the practical point is early placement: this is a scarce, high-commission product, and deposits can be placed now. The itineraries also flag Amanpulo's 2028 debut in the Maldives, a useful signal for clients tracking new Aman openings. Worth raising with the clients most likely to commit two years out, before inventory tightens.

ANI Shoal Bay adds an exclusive-use estate in Anguilla

ANI Private Resorts opens ANI Shoal Bay in January 2027: 15 suites sleeping 30, a 1:1 staff ratio and full-board inclusions, from $35,000++ per night with a minimum stay. It gives advisors a new whole-property buyout option for multigenerational families and celebration groups in the Caribbean. Two details to note when qualifying clients: the suites are wheelchair accessible, and the property accepts crypto payment.

Hilton and Silversands change age policies on live bookings

Two resorts have shifted away from families, and advisors with existing reservations need to act.

Hilton's Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya and Conrad Tulum began converting to all-inclusive on Oct 1. Waldorf becomes adults-only (18+) from Jan 10, 2027, so family bookings must be moved or rebooked. Conrad Tulum adds an adults-only Ceiba Club. Eligible direct bookings of four nights or more include a resort experience and private transfers.

Silversands Beach House in Grenada, a 28-suite ORA Hospitality property, is now adults-only (16+), effective immediately. Families can be moved to sister property Silversands Grand Anse, which has a kids' club and eight villas.

FAA narrows airline delay-compensation duties from Oct 19

From Oct 19, airlines are no longer responsible for 10 categories of delay, including unscheduled maintenance and cyberattacks. The FAA itself expects the value of hotels and meals airlines provide to fall. For advisors, that means stronger trip-interruption coverage on air-inclusive bookings and more in-house contingency planning, including private-aviation backups for high-value clients on commercial legs.

Alaska and Hawaiian add lie-flat seats and premium economy in 2028

Alaska will fit 12 lie-flat Aurora Suites on 25+ 737-10 MAX aircraft for transcontinental routes, and Hawaiian will add 22 Leihōkū Suites on its A330s. Both carriers will add Premium Reserve premium economy, on sale from summer 2027. That gives advisors a lie-flat option on domestic and Hawaii routes where one was previously unavailable.
