G Adventures and National Geographic Deepen Their Small-Group Bet

The joint NatGeo Journeys collection adds 24 new adult itineraries and six updated Family Journeys, giving advisors fresh multigenerational and small-group inventory to sell into 2027. It's the one concrete, bookable development in an otherwise quiet news cycle for the segment.

G Adventures and NatGeo Journeys Roll Out 30 New Itineraries

G Adventures and National Geographic Expeditions have expanded their co-branded NatGeo Journeys collection with 24 new adult itineraries and six updated Family Journeys, timed to land ahead of the holiday booking window and into 2027 planning. The family lineup is capped at 22 travelers per departure, runs with dual Expedition Leaders, and adds new Junior Explorers programming aimed at multigenerational bookings. Destinations span Galapagos, Thailand, Christmas Markets across Central Europe, the Loire Valley and Bordeaux, plus family-oriented routes through Peru and Southeast Asia. For advisors, this is straightforward new shelf space: a recognizable co-brand, a small-group cap that supports the segment's positioning against mass-market tours, and a family product built with enough structure (extra leader, kids' programming) to justify premium pricing. Worth flagging to clients planning 2027 travel now, before peak departures fill.
