The milestone also doubled as a preview of where Regent's inventory is headed, with the line reconfirming plans for a next-generation Prestige-class ship extending its build-out horizon toward 2036. The practical value for advisors is procedural: clearly priced, commissionable inventory with roughly five weeks left before pricing reverts to standard levels. Silversea introduced two niche collections for 2026-2027. S.A.L.T. Culinary Voyages debuts as a scarce seven-sailing set aboard Silver Dawn and Silver Spirit between Aug 27 and Oct 25, 2026, timed to the European grape harvest and bundling shore access non-cruisers can't buy — private Douro port-blending, a Michelin chef-led Bordeaux lunch, a Normandy home-cooking class. Separately, a new partnership with PerryGolf builds all-inclusive golf sailings around marquee venues: Southampton departures in August 2027 near Ryder Cup courses, Barcelona in October/November 2027, and Sydney-Auckland in January/February 2027, each bundling green fees, guaranteed tee times, transfers and equipment handling into the fare. The culinary voyages carry real urgency given the tight inventory and autumn 2026 dates; the golf sailings sit further out but give advisors an early hook for golf-traveling clients planning 2027.

The historic 104-passenger Nordstjernen, one of Hurtigruten's classic vessels used for small-ship Svalbard and Arctic sailings, struck a quay while in a Gdańsk shipyard and has been sidelined for repairs. The damage has already forced cancellation of an Aug 10 Lerwick call, and the vessel's near-term schedule remains unsettled.
