G Adventures and National Geographic unveil 30 new small-group itineraries
G Adventures and National Geographic Expeditions have unveiled 30 new small-group itineraries for the 2027–28 season, the most substantial joint product refresh the partnership has issued to date. The core of the release is 24 new NatGeo Journeys, capped at 16 travelers, spanning conservation-focused Galapagos departures, Peru and Machu Picchu routes, and new Southeast Asia and Europe itineraries. Alongside those, six NatGeo Family Journeys have been overhauled with an increased cap of 22 travelers, dual Expedition Leaders on each departure, and new kid-focused programming such as Junior Explorers Night. For advisors, this is bookable inventory now for next year's cycle — multigenerational groups get more structured family product, while the tighter caps on the standard Journeys keep the line differentiated from mass-market competitors. Nine trade outlets corroborated the launch, with itinerary and capacity details consistent across coverage.
